150+ New Single-Purpose Tools

We built dedicated landing pages for every conversion, resize, and compression task. Instagram post resizer. YouTube thumbnail maker. JPG to WebP converter. Each one does exactly what it says.

Remember when we said we wanted to build “exactly what you need, no more”? We went a bit overboard with that philosophy.

The /tools directory

We now have over 150 single-purpose tools, each with its own page. No more hunting through dropdowns or figuring out which settings to use. Want to resize for Instagram? There’s a page for that. Horizon is not horizontal? Draw a line and it’s fixed. Need to convert AVIF to JPG? Dedicated tool. Compress to under 1MB? You get the idea.

What this means for you:

  • Each tool is pre-configured for its specific task
  • No more accidentally choosing the wrong output format
  • Pages load faster (less UI to render)
  • Easier to bookmark the tools you use often

New categories

Format Conversions - WebP, AVIF, HEIC, JPEG XL, ICO, PDF conversions. All the X-to-Y combinations you’d expect.

Social Media Presets - Instagram (post, story, reel, profile), YouTube (thumbnail, banner, channel art), Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Threads, Discord, Twitch, Snapchat. If there’s a platform with specific image dimensions, we probably have it.

Document Sizes - Passport photos, ID photos, print sizes (4x6, 5x7, 8x10, A4, letter). For when you need physical dimensions, not pixels.

Compression Targets - Compress to 100KB, 200KB, 500KB, 1MB. For those annoying upload limits on government forms and job applications.

Batch Processing - Compress, convert, or resize multiple images at once. Results come as a ZIP file.

The technical bits

We built a config-driven system so adding new tools is just a matter of writing a TypeScript object with the settings and SEO content. The same backend handles everything - we’re just giving you more focused entry points.

Each tool page includes:

  • Pre-set input/output formats
  • Relevant quality controls only
  • “Why use this tool” content (actually useful, not marketing fluff)
  • FAQs for common questions
  • Links to related tools

Browse them all

Head to /tools to see everything. There’s a search box if you know what you’re looking for, or browse by category.

The old homepage converter isn’t going anywhere - it’s still there for when you need full control. These new tools are just faster paths to common tasks.
