Why Telegram Sticker?
Telegram stickers must have one side exactly 512 pixels, with the other side 512 pixels or less. Unlike WhatsApp, they don't need to be square—512x512 is just the maximum.
Stickers must be WebP format with transparent backgrounds. Telegram also supports animated stickers (TGS format) but those require special tools.
